Electrical Service Rates

  • Electrical $150.00 Per Hour.

  • All service calls will incur a 2-Hour Min.

A/V Service Rates

  • Audio/Video Integration $205.00 Per Hour.

  • All service calls will incur a 2-Hour Min.

Rate Disclosures

  • All work is performed on a TIME & MATERIAL basis unless otherwise noted.

  • All materials re-sold by JR Electric LLC include markup.

  • All invoices will be charged 4.712% HI GET Tax.

  • A technicians time will begin when they leave the shop, supply house, or previous job.

  • Any and all time spent procuring materials for project will be invoiced as billable hours for project.

Disposal Fee’s

  • Our projects can generate a significant amount of wase. We do our best to mitigate our environmental impact by recycling and repurposing as much as possible.

  • Disposing of waste and separating out recyclable materials takes extra time. This time is either added into the labor hours estimated for a project or as a separate line item if enough wase is generated from project.

* After Hours & Emergencies

  • After Hours & Emergencies Hours - (Mon. - Fri. 5PM - 7AM, Sat/Sun/Holidays)

  • Weekends, Holidays, & After Hours Service requests are considered an Emergency Service Call: This is considered to be an urgent request outside of our normal operating hours and will be billed at a rate of 1.5 times our standard rate.

Customer Provided Equipment

  • It is common for customers to request that we install their provided lighting, fixtures, devices, and equipment etc. JR Electric LLC carefully picks out and installs equipment that we are familiar with and know will be compatible.

  • The installation process of customer provided equipment can often time take longer and we can run into unforeseen issues. Due to this nature, all work done in this manner will be on a time and material basis.

  • Any client provided equipment will NOT be warrantied by JR Electric LLC.

Credits

  • When we are on projects we commonly receive phone calls/emails pertaining to other ongoing projects. Our technicians will take on these phone calls within a reasonable manner and will not be “on the clock” while doing so.
